Check all shipments before you sign for them.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Check contents in the presence of the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged or with parts broken or missing, first contact the shipping company and then contact the DMR Clutch support center so that we can help correct the problem. Claims

Should your order arrive in a damaged condition, check contents in the presence of the carrier. Claims for shortage or error in shipment must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Claims for damage or loss-in-transit must be made by the consignee directly with the carrier.

Refused Orders

Freight charges, both ways plus a 15% restocking fee, will be charged on any refused shipments for any unauthorized reason.

Shortages

If items are missing from your order, please notify the DMR Clutch support center within 10 days of receipt. To contact the DMR Clutch support center email [email protected] All enquires will be responded to within 24 hours of receipt, Sunday to Thursday.

Carriers

Orders are shipped via ground freight unless another method is specified at time of order.

Domestic Orders

Unless the purchase you have made specificlfies “freight free” or "freight included”, shipping costs will be added to every order at the time of checkout.
